However, today in school there is some issue that always happen which is gender inequality in school. This issue becoming more prevelant from time to time because no one want to be responsible. Gender Inequality is discriminations in making unjustified distinctions between people based on the group, class or other than that. In school, this issue always happen based on their gender. As examples, teacher always frequently speak in softer voice to girls than boys. Nabil was a highs school student that is 16 years old. He has the nature to be lazy and does not like to learn. Last year, Nabil moved to a new school of his family works. His family have suggested Nabil to move into a good school to improve his performance in education.   Do you know about gender inequality? What does gender inequality in the workplace look like? Gender inequality is a form of discrimination based on gender, and both genders are not treated equally. From incidents of sexual harassment to experiences with racism, women face many challenges and negative stigma when it comes to working, including me. For this reason, I would like to share my experience of gender inequality. Racism issues in the workplace should be taken more seriously because they often happen, especially to women of colour.        Gender discrimination in the workplace happens way more often than we thought. This issue arises in our society due to a lack of trust and open-mindedness toward women. Some also believe that women should not have the same opportunities as men in the workplace.      However, I genuinely think women should be given equal opportunities in the workplace regardless of anything. First of all, one of the many reasons I support this idea is I believe that women can be better leaders than men. This is because women are more organized and thorough in their careers than men. Moreover, women with leadership potential are frequently not treated equally and excluded from the company.    I've heard a story about woman who lives with a patriarchal husband which is my neighbour. The wife seemed so stressed because she has been controlled by his husband in everything since he once said "Women are a housekeeper while men are the provider". Actually, the wife used to work as a bank clerk. However, since she got married, her husband told her to resign and stay at home to do house chores while he's the only one who will be working.
