Teachers are the second closest people to students other than parents. But now, teachers don't seem to behave like that. This is because there are many issues involving teachers regarding injustice in schools. Now, many students complain that teachers care more about girls than boys. So, many people are not satisfied with the teacher's behavior. Actually, there are many causes why teachers behave in such a way. Among them are that boys always have bad records in school, female students are more excellent at education than male students, and female students are easier to educate than male students.

 

Bad behavior such as bullying, dismissing classes, and incomplete homework are always closely related to male students. This is because they are influenced by their friends and parents don’t care about them. That’s why they always do anything that can make them happy even they know their action is wrong. If the teachers always discriminate against male students about the problem of their bad behavior, then when can this matter be resolved? This matter must be taken seriously in changing the personality of the students instead of constantly judging the bad attitude of students.

 

The Ministry of Higher Education states that women outnumber men in seven key areas, particularly education. That's why teachers expect too much from female students in school about everything because they think only female students are more excellent in their studies that can raise the name of the school to a better level. For example, teachers expect more participation of female students in competitions such as forums and debates at school. Teachers should open up opportunities for male students because male students are also excellent in something.

 

If asked to the teacher about whose attitude is easier to change between female students and male students, of course, female students are very easy to change. This is because female students are very easy to listen to words if reprimanded without having to repeat them many times. Therefore, teachers feel a little tired of educating boys who are very difficult to change so they always compare the behavior of these male students with female students. Teachers should diversify their ways to change their students for the better.

 

In conclusion, boys always have bad records, female students are more excellent at education, and female students are easier to educate are the causes of the children being treated differently at school. This is because school truancy activity recorded the highest record among school students in 2017 and in 2013, more than 86,798 women continued their studies to a higher level while daily news once stated that female students are more disciplined than men. However, teachers should not compare their children based on gender because each student has advantages and disadvantages and they also should give attention to each student.
